The all-metal aircraft consisted of two nacelles, between which the designers placed the actual fuselage, which was to house a pressurized cockpit for the pilot and two powerful 2-star Mitsubishi Ha-221 Ru engines with an output of 2200 hp. One pushing and one pulling. A retractable tricycle landing gear with a front wheel was planned. Armament was to consist of two Ho-203 guns of 37 mm calibre mounted in nacelles under the wings or two Ho-105 guns of 30 mm calibre mounted in the wing. The aircraft could also carry bombs weighing up to 1000 kg, mounted on hinges under the fuselage or on hinges under the wings. In late 1943, a 1:1 scale wooden mock-up was built, but work on the project was suspended due to the possible technical failure of the machine. Moreover, it was unlikely that the aircraft would achieve the values required by the project.
