The rototype piloted by Maj. Ján Ambruš was supposed to take part in the Circuit de l'Est race in France in August 1937. Unfortunately, it arrived at Vittel airport near Épinal late and was not allowed to compete in the race itself. The prototype survived World War II hidden in a hangar and after the war was placed in the collections of the National Technical Museum in Prague. It was renovated in 1989–1990 and is on display in the hall.
