Northrop XP-79 Flying Ram byl ambiciózní americký projekt stíhacího samokřídla, s proudovým pohonem, vyvíjený firmou Northrop. Typ měl ničit nepřátelské letouny taranem a obsahoval několik novátorských konstrukčních řešení. Pilot letoun řídil v pozici vleže na břiše a tak měl lépe snášet vysoká přetížení během bojových manévrů.

92256 Reggiane 2005
Reggiane Re.2005 Sagittario byl stíhací letoun, který vznikl vývojem z typu Reggiane Re.2000. Vývoj nového letounu začal již v roce 1941 a v květnu 1942 vzlétl první prototyp. Ten dosáhl rychlosti 628 km/h. Nové křídlo neslo nový podvozek zatahovaný směrem ke koncům křídla a dva 20 mm kanóny, které s dalším v bloku motoru a s dvěma 12,7 mm kulomety nad motorem představovaly impozantní výzbroj.

Praga E-39 byla standardním cvičným letounem čs. letectva. Letoun byl výrobkem letadlového oddělení továrny ČKD Praha v Karlíně a konstruovali ho konstruktéři Pavel Beneš a Miroslav Hain. První prototyp BH-39 byl zalétán v červnu 1931 a byl poháněn hvězdicovým motorem Walter NZ-120 o výkonu 120 k. Zkoušky a úpravy prototypu pokračovaly do ledna 1934.

Heinkel He 112 byla německá stíhačka z první poloviny 30. let, která soutěžila o vládní zakázku na nové stíhací letadlo s uzavřenou kabinou a zatahovacím podvozkem. Byla poražená Messerschmittem Bf 109. V Luftwaffe se nedočkala většího rozšíření, ale byla vyvážena do Maďarska, Rumunska, Japonska a Rakouska. Počet postavených strojů nepřesáhl 100 kusů.

The Arado Ar 66 was a German single-engine, two-seat biplane trainer aircraft with fixed landing gear. Three Ar 66 Cs became one of the most widely used training aircraft of the Luftwaffe, being used until the end of World War II. They were assigned to the flying schools FFS A/B 4 in Prague-Kbelé, FFS A/B 11 in Schönwalde, FFS A/B 23 in Kaufbeuren and FFS A/B 116 in Göppingen.

In the spring of 1934, the army leadership decided to have Czechoslovak pilots participate in the international aerobatic competition Coupe Mondial, which was to be held in Paris in June. Under the leadership of Eng. Novotný and with the help of acrobats Rtm. Novák and Štkpt. Ambruž, a new aerobatic aircraft B-122 was created in six weeks.
